Twinrab 1500IU Injection is a combination medication containing docaravimab and miromavimab. It is indicated for post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent rabies infection in people who are exposed to the virus. It is given in combination with the rabies vaccine.

Docaravimab binds to site I or III, and miromavimab binds to site II of the glycoprotein present on the surface of the rabies virus and neutralizes the virus.
